Mennonite Countryside with lunch at the 'Stone Crock'
Designed to help visitors understand the uniqueness of the Mennonite history and lifestyle, this tour will provide you with a glimpse of just how these people are able to preserve their beliefs while facing the realities of the modern world. We’ll pass by the Kissing Bridge, the only remaining covered bridge in this area and visit an old-order Mennonite home and a Mennonite buggy factory. We’ll visit the Maple Syrup Museum for a peek into the sweet history of maple syrup. Lunch will be at the Stone Crock Inn which serves home style regional cuisine.
