Black Creek Pioneer Village
Step back in time as we visit life in Canada in the 1800's. Black Creek is an authentic recreation of small town life over one hundred years ago. The Pioneer Village is comprised of more than 25 buildings that have been preserved and relocated just north of the city. Black Creek is an authentic recreation of our past - a living history lesson that unfolds around you. Enter the Printing Office and witness the power of the printing press. Listen as a costumed interpreter unravels the mysteries of the loom in the Weavers Shop or take a walk down the road to Roblin's Mill, where the huge wooden water wheel grinds wheat.
